The creative process for quilt can be a daunting task because I have a tornado of ideas just swirling for a chance to ‘become’. I select a pattern (or design one), choose fabric possibilities, cut out quilt pieces, make the quilt blocks, arrange the blocks, assemble the rows, sew the rows together, finish quilt top, take quilt top, backing and batting to the long arm quilter, trim the quilted piece, sew the binding to the quilt. This takes hours upon hours. Whew. But the finished product is SO WORTH IT!
